Today, we at Jackson Power Steering are proud to unveil the latest version (3.0) of our website.

It all started the afternoon of Christmas Eve 1999 when Roland Jackson explained to his son-in-law, Chris Dunivan, his idea for adding power steering to antique tractors. Chris being a web and graphic designer, it wasn’t long before the two were sitting in front of the computer, building the first site. Orders soon started coming in, and Jackson Power Steering was off and running.

A few years later, the original design was shelved in favor of one that was database-driven and included new features such as a dynamic photo gallery.

Once again we’ve kept on the cutting edge with the most sophisticated publishing platform on the web today. It allows us to manage and update the site with an extremely user-friendly administration tool and present that information in a sleeker, easy-to-navigate site. That allows us to stay more in touch with you, our customers, and put more time and energy into filling orders and developing new products. But while the mechanism that runs the site may have changed, we’ve made the effort to keep the design elements as close to the distinctive style of the original as possible.

We hope you’ll enjoy the changes, and find the information you’re looking for more easily. If you have a question we haven’t already answered in our FAQ or About sections, please feel free to reach us with the information on the Contact page.

It is obvious that Kevin knows how to build steering for older tractors and equipment. His talents are built into every JPS steering unit sold. Kevin is my son-in-law and is the father of three wonderful grandchildren.
