One of the most enjoyable projects for me was installing power steering on a Pinzgauer Swiss Army Vehicle.  Craig Sanders of  Texas Pinzgauer (www.texaspinzgauer.com) contacted me to ask if I was up to installing steering on one of his customers Pinzgauers.  I couldn’t say “yes” fast enough.  So, the Pinzgauer was delivered and I ended up installing a torque generator to assist steering.  Then the Pinzgauer was loaded up for a trip to Wisconsin for a new set of Mat Tracks….and brought back to me to adjust the steering.  While the torque generator is not legal to install on tagged vehicles, this Pinzgauer was going to be a duck hunting vehiclein the swamps south of Huston, Texas.  I must say that the torque generator performed well.  The steering was effortless and the owner of the Pinzgauer was very happy with his hunting vehicle. ]]> http://jacksonpowersteering.com/2009/04/18/pinzgauer/feed/ 0
