Charles Courtney is the very first Jackson Power Steering customer. Charles came to my facility, looked at the steering kit in component form, and decided to purchase one. He and I, together, installed the steering unit in one day. Since that time, I have made many improvements to the steering unit through customer feedback. Constructive feedback allows me to improve instructions…to make them more clear…. and also improve the design of the steering unit.
