Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with your equipment. I picked up the tractor on Wed. the 3rd and was amazed at the ease of turning. I turned on a dime and got 7 cents back. WOW what a difference. Just thought you’d like to hear some good news! Thanks for all of your help, and keep up the great work!
Thanks again!

Charles Courtney is the very first Jackson Power Steering customer. Charles came to my facility, looked at the steering kit in component form, and decided to purchase one. He and I, together, installed the steering unit in one day. Since that time, I have made many improvements to the steering unit through customer feedback. Constructive feedback allows me to improve instructions…to make them more clear…. and also improve the design of the steering unit. My thanks to Charles for his help in making the steering unit better.

Happiness is having power steering.
I am finally finished with the installation of your unit. Today I helped my brother do some brush pile moving and it is unbelievable how no effort is needed to steer my Ford. When I bought it, It was almost impossible to turn the tractor without standing up and using all of my arm muscles. I am ready to put it to use and am very pleased with your product and support. I still have a little painting to do.
Sincerely,
John Peterson

A note from Roland Jackson…..I was saddened to learn that V.A. Van Buren had passed away on September 14, 2004. Van, as he was known by his many friends, was very active on the Yesterday’s Tractors Ford Tractor discussion board. He was very knowledgeable about machinery…actually, anything mechanical. He loved to share his mechanical knowledge.
Van was especially helpful to me in the power steering business. In the early days of Jackson Power Steering, Van was the very first customer to order a steering unit by phone and install the unit by himself. He was very helpful to me as he gave me valuable feedback on how I could improve the unit and make it easier to install.
Through the years, Van always kept in touch as well as his wonderful wife, Kay. I will certainly miss his email updates and pictures.
